With the development of my country's construction industry, tower cranes and tower cranes play a very important role in the construction industry. So how to dismantle the tower crane? The specific method is as follows:
1) Drive the trolley to the base of the arm and remove the counterweight.
2) Remove the boom. To remove the boom, an additional 8t truck must be lifted at the end of the boom, and a 16t truck must be lifted near the base of the boom. The two cranes work together to make the boom tilt up to a proper angle. The tower crane rental equipment activates the hoisting mechanism to tighten the hoisting wire rope (thread 4 ropes) that is threaded around the tower head pulley block in advance. Make the tie rod pin of the tower head not bear the tension, and then knock out the pin. Then hoist the tie rod and the tower head pulley block to the top of the boom and fix it. Operators must wear seat belts.
3) Adjust the boom to a horizontal state and keep the slings of the two truck cranes vertical. The wire rope sling is properly tightened upward for the 16t truck crane. The purpose is that the arm root pin of the boom does not bear horizontal and vertical forces. Install a wire rope safety ring between the arm root and the tower head. Break off the pin. During this operation, the staff should be equipped with a large seat belt to prevent the arm root from suddenly popping out of the arm when the major adjustment is small. The tool for knocking off the pin is often clamped by the pin hole, and the boom still cannot be lowered. Pay attention to this point.
4) After the two pins of the boom arm are knocked off, the safety ring is quickly removed, and the two cranes cooperate to hoist the boom to the ground.
5) Use a 16t truck to hoist at the four specified lifting points of the balance arm, tilt the balance arm up to a proper angle, and knock off the pin of the tie rod. The operator should wear a safety belt connected to the tower head, and pay attention to the safety belt not to be entangled with anything on the tie rod or balance arm. The lifting cable should be locked under the hook with a 5t shackle to prevent slippage and displacement.
6) Put the lever to make the balance arm return to the horizontal state.
7) Install a wire rope safety ring between the balance arm root and the tower head.
8) Adjust the pin of the balance arm. The operator should wear a seat belt and prevent the balance arm from being suddenly ejected from pinching or bruising.
9) Loosen the safety ring and hoist the balance arm to the ground.
10) Disassemble the boom and tie rod. When disassembling the tie rod, fix the tie rod first to prevent the tie rod from sliding down and hitting the foot.
11) Disassemble the tower head, slewing support, the first section of the tower body and the climbing frame. At this point, the tower crane has been disassembled. (The cab can be disassembled simultaneously with the slewing ring or separately).
